First Contact

Time to change the record: Nice is breathtaking, literally stunning. We had a bus ride to the hostel, got our barings pretty quickly, spluttered some C grade GCSE Francais, and found ourselves on the balcony of Brasserie l'eden supping 1664 which tastes like it may have come from The Brewery of Eden... That's Joke Nombre: Une!

Anyway, hostel is ideal, little old-town, back alley charmer. Met a swedish lad who has allayed my security fears with his friendly chitchat.

Things for you to look forward to: we're playing with the ideas of hiring bikes for an exploration expedition (dad, exhibition), going on a tour into the Med, and a day meandering the streets of Monaco.
